The pool and gym are run by building management, which sets their hours.
The compound's management can close the pool or the gym at any time.

A bohemian three-bedroom on the ground floor of a residential compound, with warm decor and generous rooms. The compound's gym and its landscaped grounds are outside the door, and the apartment itself is set up for a family, a group, or a longer work stay.

The space

Three bedrooms, made up with cotton linen and room-darkening blinds. A living room with a smart TV, a dining table sized for a group meal or a working session, and a fully equipped kitchen with branded appliances, cookware and crockery. A washer and a dryer in the apartment, air conditioning throughout, and a dedicated place to work.

What you get

The whole apartment is yours, with nothing shared inside it. It is on the ground floor looking onto the compound greenery, and the building has a lift. Your parking bay is in the underground level. The compound's gym, kids' play areas and landscaped open spaces are yours to use while you are here.

An absolutely fantastic stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, and you could immediately tell how much care goes into maintaining the property.
The compound itself was amazing—quiet, safe, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Riyadh with easy access to everything.
The host was professional, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out.
Without a doubt, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed in. I highly recommend Layali Properties to anyone visiting Riyadh, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

HELLO I RENT THIS PLACE FOR 2 WEEKS WITH MY FAMILY FIRST THE POOL WAS NOT WORKING THE ENTERI 2 WEEKS OF MY VACATION I WAS VERY UPSAD BECAUSE THE REASON I RENT THIS PLACE FARWAY FROM MY FAMILY IS FOR THE POOL AND THE DRYWER WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL IMAGINE WITH 4 KIDS AND YOU DONT HAVE PROPER WASHER AND DRYER MACHINE THE ONLY GOOD THING IS OMAR WAS VERY NICE AND TRY TO HELP ME AS MUCH AS HE CAN .

Very nice and very responsive hosts. Good location compared to my client’s office (subjective). They provider lots of recommendations. Gym was good but opens at 3PM only so not ideal for early gym goers. Overall amazing house and stay.

The house itself was lovely, well equipped and had everything we needed as a family for our stay. Host was very responsive and fixed issues quickly.
Some of the building amenities such as play area, and pool were either closed or a bit rundown. And the proximity near to the site is a bit dusty. All in all a great stay!

Layali appartment was so great, we spent 4 nights which was unforgettable, 3 bedrooms enough for my small family to attend an especial occasion, its location was very good for me, to move around in Riyadh and avoid traffic. Housekeeping during your stay
Mid-stay cleaning, with a linen change, is available on request between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The team calls 30 minutes ahead and does not enter until someone opens the door.

Late check-out
Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Where the day's arrivals leave room, we will give you longer. Ask us the day before and we will arrange it where we can.

Before you book.

Check-in: From 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight, with self check-in using a door code. If you expect to arrive later, message us before you book.
Check-out: By 12:00 noon.
Guests: Up to 8. Tell us your number before you arrive, children included, so the apartment is set up for everyone.
Smoking: No smoking inside the apartment, on any balcony or on any terrace, and that includes shisha and e-cigarettes. Smoking means a full deep clean before the next guest arrives, so it carries a deep-cleaning charge.
Parties: No parties or events.
Pets: No pets.
Quiet hours: Everyday noise is fine from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday to Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, which is the weekend here. Outside those hours, please keep it down for the neighbours.

The rest of the house rules

Arrival: Self check-in. Your arrival details reach you on the day of check-in.
Parking: Free parking, in the building's underground level. We send the details with your arrival instructions.
A later check-out: Ask us and we will arrange it where that day's arrivals allow. A later check-out that was not arranged with us carries a charge, and the apartment still has to be free in time for housekeeping.
Cancellation: Full refund up to 30 days before check-in, 50% of every night up to 7 days before, and nothing after that. The cut-off is 4:00 PM Riyadh time on the day.
Security deposit: Bookings on the Layali booking site or by WhatsApp carry a refundable SAR 500 security deposit, and we aim to return it in full on the day you check out.
Cleaning: There is no cleaning fee. If the apartment needs more than the normal turnover clean after you leave, that carries a charge. Housekeeping during your stay is available on request, for a fee.
Damage: Anything broken or damaged is charged at what the repair or the replacement costs, and we send you the invoice.
The compound gym: It belongs to the compound and is run by the compound's management, not by Layali. It is a free extra: your booking is for the apartment itself, so its hours can change or it can close, and a closure does not change the price of the stay.
