About this apartment.
A warm, bohemian three-bedroom on the ground floor of a residential compound. Spacious rooms, a kitchen set up to actually cook in, and the compound's gym and landscaped grounds just outside the door. It suits a family, a group, or a work trip that needs three bedrooms and a dining table big enough to spread out on.
The space
Three bedrooms, made up with cotton linen and room-darkening blinds. A bohemian living room with a smart TV, a dining table sized for a group meal or a working session, and a fully equipped kitchen with branded appliances, cookware and crockery. A washer and a dryer in the apartment, air conditioning throughout, and a dedicated place to work.
What you get
The whole apartment is yours, with nothing shared inside it. It is on the ground floor looking onto the compound greenery, and the building has a lift. Your parking bay is in the underground level. The compound's gym, kids' play areas and landscaped open spaces are yours to use while you are here.

Our stay was convenient, pleasant and unforgettable.
Positive: The cleanliness and modern design of the apartment. It is also fully furnished, all you have to do is bring your personal belongings. The place is also peaceful and quiet.
Negative: The second bathroom has a bidet that has a leakage and is emitting a bad smell. To be fair, they sent a maintenance staff to fix the leakage, but the bad smell did not go away. We did not use that WC as a result.

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The host was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The interior is very well done, felt like a home staying there.
Just 2 concers, no fault of Layali properties - the gym is accessible only from 3pm and there's construction work outside the compound that starts at 6am.

كل شي ممتاز والمسكن رائع حقا ويجعلك تشعر بأنك في بيتك هناك ملاحظة واحدة اذكرها لكي يتم تجنبها للزوار في المرات القادمة وهي بالرغم من نظافة المكان والاهتمام الواضح بهذا الجانب صادف ان تواجد بعض صراصير الخشب في بعض الزوايا من المسكن وهذه النقطة يمكن تجاوزها في المرات القادمة لكي لا تؤثر على تقييم المضيف.

- The compound's pool and gym are in the basement, open to guests at the compound's hours.
- Gym: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, closed Fridays and public holidays.
- Children use the pool 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, Monday and Wednesday.
- The pool and gym are run by building management, which sets their hours.
- The compound's management can close the pool or the gym at any time.
Ask for what you need, and we will arrange it.
Two things guests ask us for. Each one depends on the day, so we confirm it with you rather than promise it up front. Where a charge applies, we say so with the answer.
Housekeeping during your stay
Mid-stay cleaning, with a linen change, is available on request between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The team calls 30 minutes ahead and does not enter until someone opens the door.

Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Where the day's arrivals leave room, we will give you longer. Ask us the day before and we will arrange it where we can.

- Quiet hours
- Everyday noise is fine from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday to Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, which is the weekend here. Outside those hours, please keep it down for the neighbours.
The rest of the house rules
- Arrival
- Self check-in. Your arrival details reach you on the day of check-in.
- Parking
- Free parking, in the building's underground level. We send the details with your arrival instructions.
- A later check-out
- Ask us and we will arrange it where that day's arrivals allow. A later check-out that was not arranged with us carries a charge, and the apartment still has to be free in time for housekeeping.
- Cancellation
- Full refund up to 30 days before check-in, 50% of every night up to 7 days before, and nothing after that. The cut-off is 4:00 PM Riyadh time on the day.
- Security deposit
- Bookings on the Layali booking site or by WhatsApp carry a refundable security deposit, and we aim to return it in full on the day you check out. Airbnb bookings carry no deposit.
- Cleaning
- There is no cleaning fee. If the apartment needs more than the normal turnover clean after you leave, that carries a charge. Housekeeping during your stay is available on request, for a fee.
- Damage
- Anything broken or damaged is charged at what the repair or the replacement costs, and we send you the invoice.
- The compound gym
- It belongs to the compound and is run by the compound's management, not by Layali. It is a free extra: your booking is for the apartment itself, so its hours can change or it can close, and a closure does not change the price of the stay.
